There is an intermittent problem (the worst kind of problem)
with access to Passport GMID through Athens.
The issue
not unique to DBS and is beyond the control of Euromonitor in that the
problem does not originate with them; it is related to an upgrade in software
from Eduserv/Athens. They are working to find a solution.
The
following options are thought to be useful in overcoming access problems.
- If you close the browser and open the page again – you may have success in getting into Passport.
- Refreshing the browser may help.
