Anyone interested in pursuing Postgraduate study at DBS may be interested in attending the Postgraduate Librarian's talk on 'Library Resources for Postgraduate students' which will be held in Dame st Room 3.1 on Wednesday March 4th and is part of our Library Ireland Week events.

Plagiarism & Referencing Class in Postgraduate Library

A class on Plagiarism & Academic referencing will be held on Friday 30th November in Dame st room 3.1 at 1.30.

The class will cover
· Defining plagiarism (and consequences of plagiarism for postgrad students)
· Ways to avoid plagiarism (Paraphrasing, summarising)
· How to cite sources
· Harvard Referencing style

All postgraduate students who are unsure about plagiarism and correct referencing are welcome to attend however MBA International students are particularly encouraged to attend and reminded that they must attend a class on plagiarism before laptops can be borrowed.
